How does it work?

To start the process, I will make an initial visit to the site to assess the area and take stock of the situation together with the client. During this visit, I will carefully evaluate the environment, gather any necessary measurements that I think may be important for the project, and capture a couple of pictures for reference. Following this site assessment, I will take the time to sit down with the client and discuss their wants, needs, and any concerns they may have regarding the project. This conversation is crucial, as it enables me to understand their vision fully. After our discussion, I will compile a detailed proposal and possibly draft a preliminary design if that is deemed necessary. We will then schedule another meeting where we can review everything in detail, making any adjustments or modifications as needed to ensure that the proposal aligns with the client’s expectations. If the client feels ready to commit to the project at that point, we can proceed to discuss payment options, finalize an approximate start date, as well as outline a projected timeline for the overall duration of the project. Typically, we require a deposit of one-third of the estimated total cost to secure a spot before any work begins, with the remaining balance due upon the project’s completion. This process not only helps us plan effectively but also ensures that the client is fully informed and satisfied every step of the way.
